In protest to me NOT getting a job before last week, I had avoided looking up all things education - primarily on Pinterest. Well, seeing as my circumstances have changed, I have been teaching crazy the past couple of days trying to get stuff for the school year to ensure I am giving the students a rich classroom environment and great tools for learning.
I found Teachers Pay Teachers. Why none of my teacher friends have told me about this site before is anyone's guess, but this site is amazing! All I have browsed so far are the freebies ~ I can only imagine what you get when you pay!
I have sent around 100 documents to Staples Print Centre that I am having copied onto 100 lb. paper in colour so that I can laminte. My primary focus was on math and math games that I can keep for a long time. The best part is that all of these things are now stored on my laptop for me to use in the future should I need to copy them again.
